About Me

I became a psychotherapist because I’ve always been drawn to stories. That passion first led me to a 15-year career in book publishing, but over time I felt the pull to go deeper. Rather than helping people share their stories with the world, I now help clients understand how their stories were shaped, how they live in the body and mind, and how they might begin to change.

My colleagues and clients have described me as open and warm with a calming, grounded presence. I approach life and therapy with curiosity and humor.
